Support needs of normal and highly gifted adults with ASS

This study mapped out the support needs of normal to highly gifted adults with autism spectrum disorder. Based on an existing questionnaire, an autismfriendly instrument was developed that takes into account the strengths of these people. An interview guide was used to determine which support was already provided and by whom. The quantitative and qualitative results were used to anticipate future developments and formulate policy and action-oriented advice on this growing target group.
